  • Your donation goes to the organizer. If costs are covered, any remaining donation goes to the separate event banking account for next year. If the event is canceled then donations will be passed onto Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center . If donations greatly exceed the current event cost, I will be able to invite more people in future years with all the further permitting, equipment, insurance, and security it requires.

  • This is a surprisingly expensive event to put on. With insurance, permitting, car rental, storage fees, website hosting, etc. It all costs me around $2,500 every year.
